After spending more than a decade working on both the retail and wholesale sides of the fashion industry, I realized something was missing: a showroom built around relationships, not transactions. That’s why I started Lace Collective.

My career began in retail, where I learned firsthand what boutique owners need to succeed—from curating products that truly sell to creating an exceptional customer experience. As I transitioned into wholesale, I had the opportunity to partner with incredible brands and retailers across the country, but I knew the buying experience could be more than simply writing orders. I envisioned a showroom where people felt supported, inspired, and genuinely cared for.

That vision became Lace Collective.

From the very beginning, my husband was my biggest supporter. While I focused on building relationships, representing brands, and growing the business, he brought a completely different set of strengths to the table. Analytical, detail-oriented, and incredibly organized, he has a natural gift for the operational side of business. As Lace Collective grew, he left his corporate career to join me full-time and now oversees the financial and operational side of our company.

And no story of Lace Collective would be complete without Ashton. Ashton and I have worked side by side for over 10 years, and she’s been my partner in this industry through so many seasons of growth. She is my right hand in every sense of the word and loves Lace Collective just as much as I do.

Together, we’ve built more than a showroom—we’ve built a team that believes relationships are everything. We are passionate about connecting the right brands with the right boutiques while creating an experience rooted in trust, transparency, and genuine partnership.
